Default Flow Through Porous Media + Biochemical Reactions

Dear friends, i m new to this group as well as to CFX 5.6 I want to use it for analysing Flow through porous bed with some biochemical reactions taking place inside the bed. how to solve equations other than general continuity, mom and heat balences. I want to solve Brinkmann equation instead of NSE. what should i do ?
