Definition of cylindrical unit vector in CFX-Pre

Hey,

i have a question about the definition of the cylindrical unit vector for directional loss modeling in CFX-Pre.
Is the unit vektor independend of position or local and dependend on the position in the porous medium domain.
To explain hopefully more clearly, see the picture below.

red vector: Same vector independent of position

green vector: Local, rotation around rotation axis

violet vector: Local, rotation around axis as offset of rotation axis
