Hello,
I'm trying to simulate a wind-tunnel experiment where a 4 coaches train is put. The boundary conditions are all no-slip walls except for the inlet, outlet, and the symmetry one inside. The problem I have is that the convergence monitor shows that the solver seems to have a sawtooth pattern around from 30th iteration. my question is, is it allowable to use the data acquired from this kind of result or not. on the internet it says this problem could happen if the mesh is too coarse, but the number of elements is around 22 million in my case. I would appreciate if you share your knowledge on this. Thank You. |
