Default overlaping mesh

I am able to succesfully mesh a difficult geometry in CFX5.5.1, but I get an overlapping mesh error when trying to write a definintion file, CFX does not give indication where . I need help fast on how to solve this problem.

This problem could happen if you use the cutout option to create a subdomain and if you have intersection between boundaries so you have to modify the geometry if it is possible. Maybe could you give more info on your geometry.
