Default Rotor stator problems

Hi. i have a number of questions.

1) I am trying to run a simulation of a two stage turbo-alternator runnig at 45000rpm. When specifying the rotation of the rotors I need to specify two points becasue the geometry was not created in the same coordinate frame as the code. When trying to run the code fails before the first iteration. If i do not use the two point method and just put -4700 it runs. Does anyone know what is going on?

2) Also, i get complete rubbish for the results especially where there is a frame change between stator and rotor. I am using stage interfaces and have set up as shown in the example but the solution does not converge and i think it is something to do with the interface but cant think what could be wrong with it.

3) When i imported TASCFLOW grids in to CFX i encountered the warning faces of 2D region BLADE were detected as being internal. These faces are being ignored. The geometry seems to be loading in ok though. Does anyone else know anything about this?

Cheers ED

seems you have trouble in defining the problem. Use Build Case in tascflow and follow the instruction step by step, your queries should be resolved.
