Hi, I have to do some restarts of changed meshes, but if I interpolate the result files ("cfx5interp -def newmesh.def oldmesh.res") and then start the *.def file with the *.res file as "Initial values file" it doesn't works infact the new solution use the old mesh. Please help me!!!

If you use the interpolation you don't need to specify an initial guess.
Example: cfx5interp -def newmesh.def -res oldmesh.res The next step is to run with the new mesh: cfx5solve -def newmesh.def Note that the newmesh.def will get a higher size. Regards, cfd guy |
