Hi,

Is there anything else I am missing here? As I have read previous thread on this topic and CFX documentation as well. But didn't able to fix it. |

Try increasing the integer stack size further. If you have plenty of memory in your machine you might as well use it.
If this does not work then you have a problem with your simulation setup. These sort of issues can come up do to complex boundary conditions, complex GGI boundaries, complex expressions or large numbers of boundary conditions or other parameters. |
