Default Phase Change in CFX

Can CFX model vapor to liquid phase change? Imagine steam impinging on a cool flat surface where condensation may occur due to the dT between the surface and gas? The space is initially in a vacuum. Once the steam is injected, almost immediately the chamber is evacuated creating another vacuum.
