hi,friends:
I've created a series of surfaces ,however,I could not use them to creat a close solid ,the build complains that there is non-manifold edge, and i refer to the manual only to find that CFX's unstructured mesher can't mesh a non-manifold topology. I wonder how to get around it,anybody help? hope for reply. |

Hi Colins This message is generated when more than two surfaces are in cotact with each other. chech where more than two surfaces are in cotact with each other. Edit theses surfaces and sew them. This will solve your problem.

thanks, tascflowuser, however, actually my fluid domain is a boundary solid within two cutout solids sharing a edge ,can you imagine it? in this case ,how can I modify the geometry to get through the mesher meanwhile hold the domain property? regards. colins
