What is the length of the path (should be less than 80 character)? Can the file be tared and read on Unix, or is the file corrupted after you transfered it?
PS: CFX-5 is now on 5.6 I believe (or about to be delivered); how come you are on 5.4.1? |

Use Hummingbird exceed3d software to transfer files from PC to UNIX platform. It will convert the files in proper format and will solve your problem.
