not possible. cfx 5.5.1 sux
try using momentum sources, so you could define for example pressure drop at the flow region... |

Hi Jan,
here an example how it might look like SUBDOMAIN: porous Coord Frame = Coord 0 SOURCES: MOMENTUM SOURCE: Quadratic Resistance Coefficient = 0.5*density*42300[m^-1] END # MOMENTUM SOURCE END # SOURCES END # SUBDOMAIN where 42300 1/m represents a zeta-value for the pressure drop. Hope this helps, Markus |

Hi, Markus!
What's meaning 42300 for zeta-value? and how to use the program you describe in CFX5.1.1? Thanks a lot! |
