Default Convergence in a two phase gas-stirring ladle

We are having problems to reach a good convergence in a model of a gas-stirring ladle. Is there someone working with this problem? Or a similar problem? Basically, the gas is injeet at the bottom of the ladle by a plug and promove a bath stirring.
