rotor simulation having both rotation and translat

i have a problem in simulation of rotor which is rotating as well as translating. How can i mesh this? is it possbile by turbogrid?

Just how is it translating? Is the center of rotation offset (ie eccentric rotation) or are you running around the room with a fan (linear translation + rotation)?
