CFX can do distributed parallel processing, but simply putting random computers on a CFX distributed parallel cluster will not work very well. The system needs some design to work effectively.
What are you trying to do with this system?

Run 4 heavy software like "Autodesk Inventor", "Autodesk AutoCAD" ,"MATLAB" , "CATIA" By the method Parallel processing

What are you trying to do? You don't run CFX unless you have a reason, so what is the reason?

This is the CFX forum. It is to discuss issues regarding the CFX software. So why are you asking questions about Inventor, AutoCAD, matlab and catia? Shouldn't you ask people familiar with that software?
