Do you have the 5.4.1 patch installed?

Hi Neale,
Is it that I can check it from the CFX5-Launcher/ Show/ patches? It shows, "Output from cfx5info -patches: CFX-5.4.1 (c) 1996-2000 AEA Technology. All rights reserved. No known patches are installed." Does it mean no patches are installed?? Sara |

Yes, that is correct. I suggest you get the patch installed and then try again.
