Default Saving data from monitoring points

Hi all,

I have added several monitoring points in my CFX-5.5 simlation. I can view the variables in the points during the iteration process. Very nice. Now I would like to save the data to make some Excel-graphics. How can I do this?

During the iteration process a temp file is created called 'mon' with the data but it seems to disappear completely when the run has finished. Can it be retrieved?

Thank you for reading, Astrid

The mon file gets stuck back into the results file when the run finishes. I think that there is a command line tool for extracting it, but the name of it escapes me at the moment. Maybe you can just check through the different commands in the CFX-5.5 bin directory.

Neale.
