SiCl4 (g) + O2 (g) ---> SiO2 (s) + Cl2 (g) how to do for simulating the SiO2 solid, the materal is very small, fuse silicone in CFX4.4, thanks in advance. yours, S.D. Tsing Mar. 27, 2002 |
