Do you know any published analytical (after many assumptions) solutions and or experimental data (latest and accurate) (benchmark) for the following cases:
1) Free surface modeling 2) Partile-bubble interactions 3) Fluidised bed with particles 4) Buoyant particle trajectory (Lagrangian frame of reference) Regards DC |

For my PhD on open-channels I used a data set for a meandering open-channel that I got from the hydraulic research station in the UK (I think you have to buy the data though). The measured a 48-m long by 10-m wide channel with "river-like" characteristics which suited my validation needs. It had water surface profiles, detailed velocity field, turbulent and bed shear measurements. I don't know whether this is what you are after tough...
