Hello,
I am trying to simulate a heat transfer problem and for that I need to define material in Material tab of ANSYS CFX PRE. The problem what I am facing now is like this. When I define material in Material tab with its properties it works fine, but when I open domain tab and try to allocate defined material to newly created domain then its not in the list of material library. I have tried a lot many times even to redefine the material but did not work at all. |

Did you pick the right domain type? Solid vs Fluid?

Check the Thermodynamic State is compatible with the domain type you are using. Alternatively, you can unset the Thermodynamic State and it should work with any domain.
