Hi,I am simulating massless praticle transport in a pipe.In the example, the number of particle simulations is given, but from the PARTICLE TRANSPORT MODEL>>MODEL CHARACTERISTICS>>ACTIVE KEY WORDS>>SHOW ALL...I cannot get this into the command file.So a continuous error message is coming. Can anyone help out of this. Regards, Sanjib.

You MUST set up >>OPTIONS >>PARTICLE TRANSPORT otherwise the PTM options in >>MODEL DATA won't appear! (p. 127 in the old 4.2 paper manual or p. 3-280 in the latest 4.4 on-line manual)

Hi Herve, I think you missed the problem.I have got into the PARTICLE TRANSPORT MODEL>>MODEL CHARACTERISTICS>>ACTIVE KEY WORDS>>SHOW ALL section.I have put the Number of Iterations button on,but it is not coming into the MODEL CHARACTERISTICS section. Is there any other way to set this variable. Regards, Sanjib.

Have you activated advanced under utilities?-when advanced is activated you should get access to all the options.

You could also leave the enviroment, and use any editor and write what you want manually in the .fc file. In many cases it is much easier to use an editor for doing changes.

I agree with Jan. I too prefer writting the cmd files directly.
