Local grid refinement with CFX-Build 4.2?

Default Local grid refinement with CFX-Build 4.2?

Hi,

I'm doing a 2D simulation for a flow with vortex with some degree of success. In order to make more efficient grids, I would love to have a local grid refinements such as shown in "Ferziger & Peric: Computational Methods for Fluid Dynamics, Second Edition, 1999, Fig. 8.4. page: 215"

There is indeed a method to split Quad element in CFX Build --> Mesh/Modify/Quad/split, but it always fail to generate geometry file in Analysis

has anyone tried this before? is cfx-build capable of dealing with unmatched grid?
