Cfx les simulation start fatal error !!

Hi All

I am trying to run a LES Simulation and I am getting this error and the simulation stops.

I am doing a pipe flow incompressible internal flow
I dont have any RANS input to give as the inlet or intialization. So basically I want to give the inlet boundary condition Pressure and the outlet as the mass flow rate. But CFX says some error in initialization. Could someone help me with this error..Have someone come across the same.

The error message is very clear, you need to define the velocity initial condition.

It is recommended to start (initialize) a transient simulation with a (converged) steady-state simulation
