Does anyone know how to set up Eulerian model for gas -solid phase in CFX 5.4? What is the limitation of this model?

Thanks

First you need CFX-5.4.1. Once you have that then you can setup a 2 phase problem. Setup one phase as continuous, and the second phase as disperse solid particles. This model is generally good up to 20% disperse phase volume fractions. So as long as you don't get much pooling of the solid phase you should be ok.

Dan.
