Hello everyone,
I am trying to model a simple membrane module with CFX. Currently, I have finished a msh file and I prepare to import the msh into CFX-Pre. However, I can not find any methods to choose a face to define the boundary condition. I can only choose the whole wall faces, but not a single face. I'd like to know that how to solve the problem. I'm a new one in CFX. Hope for help and I would appreciate that very much. jackeyson |

In the mesher make NAMED SELECTIONS
with this you will be able to select faces and give them names, you willl be able to call those names of faces in cfxPRE. I suggest you always use named selections these are wery important and usefull. |

Use of CEL, the CFX expression language, is covered in the CFX tutorials. You can download these from the ANSYS customer website.

sohrabmajd,
before you enter de expression, you need to click the "alpha squared root" button, which is located beside the units drop-down menu. |
