Hi All I have a problem with geometry creation. I can create a geometry for a multipler impeller stirred tank reactors. But when I try to patch the unamtched grids in my command file I get an error saying the type BLKBDY already exists. I need urgent help. Could someone who is working with stirred tank reactors contact me please.....

Nish, I am sorry I am not here to suggest a solution for you but to make an inquiry. I am modelling a stirred tank reactor too and I would like to know your way of building an impeller. I am currently just specifying "thin surface" for both disc and blades but taking into no account of their thickness. Any information will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
