how is much effect of mesh in results in small geometry?

A lot. For instance if you don't have a mesh you won't get any results.

And issues like mesh quality, mesh resolution and how well the mesh resolves the geometry will determine how accurately the simulation can be.

how is creat a good mesh?have you any tutorial,pdf or ...?

There are lots of tutorials on how to create a good mesh on the ANSYS Customer website.
