Good day everyone,
i am desperately trying to extract the velocity values from the User Surface which i created in CFD-Post (as seen in the picture below: Blue -> turbine blade surface, Rainbow -> free stream velocity normal to blade surface) I need the free stream velocity normal to the turbine blade surface to calculate the acceleration parameter K. Or is there a way to get it directly in fluent or any other way? Thank you for your help, its highly appreciated. |

Found the Solution myself, did not see that coming.
in CFD-Post go to File->Export->Export...-> Locations: Select the location you created. Down below you can select the requiered variables. Excel or a similar program can open the obtained .csv file |
