Hello everybody,
I am working on a model of a turbomachine which has different periodicity along its axis, e.g periodicity 120° for the first section, 90° for the second section. I modelled each section with its own periodicity, with periodicity interface for each one, with a general interface between them. Is this a correct approach? The massflow measured on both sides of the interface results the same, but to get the total massflow on 360° on one side the massflow has to be multiplied by 3, while on the other it has to be multplied by 4. Therefore the result on the whole section is different! How can I set this problem? Thank you |

what pitch change model did you use across the interface ?
The pitch on either side is not the same based on your description; therefore, you should set a pitch change option different than None. |
