i wanna move nodes around one blade line,and nodes on blade face moving very well, however, nodes in boundary layer region dont move at all. i dont know why?

I am not too familiar with icem, but if you are trying to refine the boundary layer in an unstructured mesh, you will have to use a prism layer, and refine the number of boundary layer elements.
