Modelling emulsion in oil-water mixed phase

Hi there... can anyone share theur experience in modelling oil water with emulsion presence modelling.
I am interested in modelling oul-water seperation by droplet formation. Potential presence of emulsion could influence separation efficiency so need modelling too.. Any sharing of experience is tremendously appreciated |

This sounds like a very specialised topic and you are unlikely to get much of a response on the forum. The only way I can see you are going to get information on this issue is by a detailed literature search.
