I need to set up a solar heat exchange. I have a heat box with glass cover. A pipe runs through the box to be heated by solar energy. Water is to be pumped through the pipe to extract the heat. How do I set this up in Ansys CFX?

The first thing to work out is to establish what you are trying to learn from this model. What will a simulation show you so you can understand it better? What is the problem with the design? Or are you trying to optimise the design? Or something else?

Once you know what you want to learn you then need to think about what the important physics is for the effect you expect to see.

One you answer these questions we might be able to help you.

I want to simulate the effect of the fluid flow rate on the amount of heat absorbed from the heat box. Also, I want to simulate the effect of using different fluids for the systems. These simulations at heat flux of 200 -1,000 W/m2

In that case it sounds like a model of the fluid system with a heat load applied to the wall boundary would model that. Then there is no need to model the solar radiation or anything external to the pipe - which simplifies things a lot.
