Hello friends.
Warm greetings to all ! I working on the same problem within this thread . the power law for the damage index of RBC is given by D = (3.62*10^-7)*(Time of exposure^0.785)*(shear stress^2.416). (mentioned at the beginning of the thread) I took shear stress = viscosity * shear strain rate ; Is this wrong ? do we have to consider equivalent scalar shear stress given acccording to the von Mises equivalent one ? Some papers depicted this explicitly. |

Thank you all.
Before someone posts a reply.... I found out that, both equivalent 1d scalar stress by vonMises and the Shear from Newtons law of Viscosity are same in Magnitude.. Thanks |
