one hundread heat transfer tubes, 5m long and 0.05m diamter If I want to solve this problem, how many RAM do I have to use? How can I know the number of interface nodes? Physics are simple. Hot gase goes into tubes and water flows aroud them. The geometry is not symmetry. I need to make full scale model.

You cannot estimate the size required from that description.

I would model a single tube and do validation and verification to ensure your mesh and settings are adequate for accuracy. Then you will be able to estimate what you need for the full thing. And while you are doing it you will probably realise that this sort of thing is usually better done as a reduced order model anyway.
