Default Steam Condensation in Packed Bed?

Hello,

I am having difficulties setting up my problem for a packed bed. I am modeling a simply geometry of a pipe with packed aluminum spheres (D=0.5cm) inside.

1. Initially, in the pipe only Air and Aluminum spheres are present at 298K.
2. After initialization steam is to enter the inlet and condense as it transfers heat to the aluminum spheres and the air.

My problem is that I have been having trouble selecting the appropriate settings. I have been looking up in the user guides for several days now with little luck.
My questions:
1. Should I be using Porous Domain or Fluid Domain?
2. What type of Fluid and Particle defintions should I have? ( I have tried having a variable comp. of Steam and air and a homogeneous mix. of steam and liquid water with no results.)

I have done the simulation with the wall condensation model but it is unable to incorporate the packed bed.

Thank you for any help or advice you can give,

Daniel
