Default Extracting data along polylines in transient solution

I've made a transient simulation of a turbine rotor blade and as part of my analysis I am extracting data along polylines in the turbine shroud gap.

I've written a session script that iterates through my .trn files to extract the flow features along these polylines. The problem I have is that I only get null values after a few iterations. This is because the polylines do not follow the rotor blade.

To fix this, I've tried to get my polylines (which are defined by .dat files) to rotate with the rotor blade. And I have tried to use the rotor blade as a stationary frame. I can't get it to work. When I rotate polylines/mesh in CFX Post, it seems to be only be in the viewer, and not an actual alteration of the data. Is there any way to actually rotate anything in CFX Post? If not, is there any other way that I can extract flow features along a polyline that is stationary in reference to a rotating turbine blade?

Thanks,
Albin

Maybe if you created a polyline based on the "boundary intersection" with a blade, I would hope that the polyline rotates along with the blade.
I have not tested that yet but maybe it gives you a hint.
Here's a post from me where I described a solution to a similar problem:
