how do you open Post? Via command line? You might have to set the path in " " because of the spaces in the name (between Program and Files).
"C:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc\v150\CFX\bin\cfx5post.exe" Assuming of course that Post is properly installed in that directly. |

can you open Post manually? from the folder?
If yes, try to load your result file manually - at least for now... |

Go to C:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc\v150\CFX\bin\ and open cfx5post.exe (double-click).
That initial error message also says something about a port. Maybe your firewall or anti virus program is blocking workbench from opening post. The windows firewall asked me when I launched programs from the workbench for the first if I want to allow it. Did you allow it? |

It turns out that my antivirus had corrupted my setup files itself.I downloaded new files and it worked. Thanks!
