Hi,

I am simulating a circular water tank filled with sand particles in Ansys CFX. I wish to know how much sand particles exited through the outlet of the tank, it can be in terms of number of sand particles or mass of sand particles. When I am calculating the Mass Flow value using the Expressions of the Results section, it is only giving the mass flow of water but not the sands.

Since it is a multi phase flow, please tell me a method to determine the quantity of sand particles coming out through the outlet.

Thank you
