Hello,
I would appreciate if you could inform me, is it possible to overwrite a default variable in CFX pre (critical radius in condensation calculations). I want to change this equation some how. |

Look at the options in CFX-Pre and see if it is a adjustable parameter. You might also look at the CCL as well as the CCL has more options available than CFX-Pre, so it might be there as well.

Thanks for you answer, I found these information in VARIABLES file:
VARIABLE: rcrit Option = Definition MMS Name = RCRIT Long Name = Critical Radius Tensor Type = SCALAR Quantity = Length Status = D User Level = 2 Output to Jobfile = Yes Output to Postprocessor = Yes General Availability = RESULTS, MONITOR, CEL, TRANSIENT STATISTICS Physical Availability = THERMAL, MULTIPHASE Variable Scope = PHASE Variable Class = HEAT Field Variable = True END do you have a suggestion how I can change the equation? I forgot that what does (User Level = 2) means... |

As I said, if it is adjustable it will be available in CFX-Pre or CCL. So look there. Just because it is in the RULES file does not mean you can do anything with it.
