Default How to find mixing temperature

Consider 2 streams at different temperature flowing in same direction and meeting at a specified point and flowing further downstream. Considering single phase fluid how can i find the mixing temperature at specified points downstream the mixed flow.

insert point in Post and evaluate temperature at that point.

isosurfaces or isovolumes are also useful for a more graphical aproach.

You are able to see volume elements with let say temperature (from x-to y)°C
Or a surface of constant temperature.
