DesignModeler boolean subtract changes airfoil geometry

Hi,
I have created a c-domain around my airfoil and now I'm trying to do a boolean subtract operation with the domain as Target body and the airfoil as Tool body. My problem is that the subtraction turns out to have a different shape than the actual airfoil itself. The subtraction is highlighted in the attached picture. Has anyone got any idea why this is happening? The airfoil is a NACA one. When loading the coordinate file, the airfoil was open at the trailing edge, so I closed it by using Line between points. Any help is greatly appreciated. Cheers |

This is just faceting by the screen renderer. The underlying geometry is exact (well, at least closer to exact) and when you mesh it it will conform to the underlying geometry, not the screen rendering.

Glad to hear that it is not an issue anyway. Thanks, ghorrocks!
