I am doing a fluid-structure interaction simulation by coupling ANSYS CFX with ANSYS mechanical. When solving for a solution the run terminates with the following error message:
An error has occurred in cfx5solve: | | | | The ANSYS CFX solver exited with return code 1. No results file | | has been created. | +--------------------------------------------------------------------+ End of solution stage. +--------------------------------------------------------------------+ | An error has occurred in cfx5solve: | | | | ANSYS Solver terminated with return code 3840 The error in the ANSYS.err file is as follows: /COM,ANSYS RELEASE Release 16.2 BUILD 16.2 UP20150629 10:46:20 *** WARNING *** CP = 4.555 TIME= 10:46:26 The /BATCH command must be the first line of input. The /BATCH command is ignored. *** FATAL *** CP = 5.647 TIME= 10:56:26 Could not connect slave socket from master process in coupled simulation. Error message: Time out. ************************************************** ********************** The above error is non-recoverable by ANSYS ANSYS run terminated by the indicated error Current data base saved if possible. ************************************************** ********************** Any suggestions on why these errors are occurring would be great. Thanks. |
