Hey there,
I need to calculate the RPM of a wind turbine for school and i don't know how to do it. The initial data i got are the velocity of the wind the mass of the rotor and the momentum which is applied from the bearings. And I should find out the maximum rpm.
Can someone help me?

Go back to basic physics :
Power created by turbine = Torque x Omega(rad/s)
Torque = time change of angular momentum = mass flow rate x delta(r x Cu)

Basically, you need to find the rotational velocity (w) at which the torque created by the blade is equal to the moment created by the bearings. Just run the simulation with different RPMs and find out which one gives you the needed torque.
