There is a problem with your CCL. You need to fix that, or if you cannot find it you should load it in CFX-Pre again and check the setup. You have missed something - but the error message gives no clues as to what the missing thing is unfortunately.

dear Glenn Horrocks, I re loaded not one time, more than five time and reduced mesh density increase memory partition but the error msg. repeated this time I will begin from the first point I hope to be run.

If you have redone it through CFX-Pre then you need to start from a simple model and add your bits and pieces one at a time and see when it stops working.
