can someone tell me, How to brought the geometry in the center or middle of the enclosure in CFX ?????

Do you mean how do we calculate the centroid of a region?
This gives you the x coordinate of the centroid of a region: volumeInt(x)@region/volume()@region repeat for y and z. |

As shown in the Screen shot the distance of enclosure from the centre of the geometry is different in all direction. So how we can adjust the geometry at the centre or middle of the enclosure?????? |

You need to fix this in your solid model. You cannot fix this in CFX.
