Hi,
I am trying to model a radial compressor with 1 splitter. During the loading of the BladeGen Files I get 2 warnings: WARNING ATM Topology optimizer does not make use of control points - they will be ignored. If a script file is being played, it may need to be modified to explicitly set the topology placement to Traditional with Control Points. WARNING The low theta blade was found not to be the longest blade. Improved Topology may result from reversing the sense of the axis of rotation. Then, attempting to define topology (ATM Optimized, Method: Single Splitter) I get another error ERROR Single Splitter is not a valid topology choice for this geometry. WARNING ATM Topology optimizer does not make use of control points - they will be ignored. If a script file is being played, it may need to be modified to explicitly set the topology placement to Traditional with Control Points. So what is wrong with my profile files and how can I handle it? Defining topology as "Traditional with control points", method H/J/C/L-Grid, I get a terrible mess instead of a mesh, which is unreal to untangle. |

I cannot help you here since I haven't worked with BladeGen yet.
But you might have more luck with answers when you post a few screenshots illustrating your problem. Also consider posting in the meshing subforum... |
