I have completed a simulated fluidized bed gafificador . But while the opening of the results , the following message appears.
CFD -Post Application Error to mean? besides , biomass simulate disappears as time passes simulation . Why? thanks |

There is probably some form of error with your results file. But without more details we cannot help you.

thank Glenn Horrocks.
I have a fluidized reactor modeling fight with rice husk biomass , with an air inlet 0.7 m / s and particle diameter of 0.548 cm. applying ANSYS CFX has as time goes second , biomass is reduced considerably and is something that should not happen. why this happens ? attached image thanks |

Again, there is something in your set up which is causing this. You have not explained what you are doing in detail so we cannot help.
Please post your CCL and some images of your geometry. |

* You are using 0.2s time steps. Have you checked this is suitable?
* You have Body Force averaging type = volume weighted. Did you change this from the default? If so, why? * You are running second order time time stepping. I would use first order while you do basic debugging. Go back to second order when the simulation is running correctly. * What keeps the biomass in the correct spot in the real reactor? There does not seem to be much to hold it in place. Is it a packing thing? If so then you will need to look at the fluidised bed packing fraction stuff. |

I don't have time to do that. I am a busy man.
If you answer or comment against my suggestions we can discuss it in more detail. |

How do I know that my simulation is correct. I must take into account whether the results are true or are close to reality.
thanks |
