Hi, everyone,

i am confused about the blending function. in SST, i know blending function f1 is for k-w (f1=1)and k-e(f1=0); and blending function F2 is to consider the transport of turbulence shear stress. but how can i analyze the figure of F2?

in addition, in the Gamma Theta transition model, there is also a blending function F theta, what does that for? i read Menter's paper and know that there are two transport equation: intermittency and transition onset reynolds number. but what is the relation with blending function?

can anyone help me?

thank you in advance
