How do you find the complementry stator profile for a NACA profile blade for a axial fan/turbine.

By experiment i guess, if i could try to understand your question...
Nevertheless, in conventional axial turbine/ turbo-machinery applications, stators and rotors are usually the same blade profile. However, you could always simulate and see if a different profile works for your intended purpose. A single blade model with appropriate Leading Edge and Trailing Edge orientation of both the stator & rotor using turbo mode in CFX-Pre is the most common & simplest way of doing so, in my opinion.

If you meant to know how should you operate in BladeGen to get both the stator and rotor, then the way i know is to generate to separate blocks of bladegen to model a rotor and stator (by selecting rotation and stationary respectively for the models), then mesh both the models separately in Turbogrid blocks, finally transferred to a single CFX module for BC and loci assignment/ process.
