hi i want to freesurface simulation.
attach boundary condition inlet Q : 111,000 kg/s massflow outlet : free discharge i know inlet boundary condition but i don't know how enter outlet boundary condition CFX tutorial Free Surface Flow Over a Bump, outlet boundary condition : static pressure relative pressure : DownPres but in my simulation i don't know DownH i want to free discharge how did i ?? |

First of all - this simulation really needs to be split up into the inlet section, the long pipe and the outlet section. Modelling it all together is going to be very challenging.
What is the outlet condition in the real device? That is what should guide your boundary condition choice. |

thank you for your answer.
real device is rainwater storage also free discharge i perform many boundry condition, like static pressure outlet, opening and entrainment. but i didn't know what boundary condition right.... |
