Hi Everyone,
I've modelled a gas as a scalar source emitting at a rate of kg/s. I would like to extract the maxVal of this gas at only a certain volume (say at the 2nd-storey volume) of my model. I'm attaching here a 3D image of how the model looks like. Is there a way to do this just in CFX post? I'm aware that I can set up regions in post using x,y,z limits if the region I'm interested in is orthogonal or close to orthogonal. But the region I would like to extract results on sits at an angle close to 30deg in relation to my domain. I was told that I'd have to do a subdomain set-up for this during the meshing stages instead...? Appreciate anyone who can help. Thank you. |
